Our mission is to be the most responsive and efficient owner - operator of reliable centralized chilled water plants and electricity distribution network in Malaysia through our attention to customer needs, performance, teamwork and innovation.

It is our responsibility to provide reliable, high quality, efficient and friendly service at all times. If there are any dissatisfaction with our services, we are always ready to listen and assist in solving our customer’s concerns.

Customers are provided with a differentiated service in terms of more responsive action and advanced technology usage, through the use of an enhanced customer interface and customer information system.

Our Customer Care Centre is located at:

to provide convenience and attentive service to our customers.

Customers are also offered various options to to settle their bill payments i.e. cash or cheque, Online Banking through Maybank2u.com, RHB Bank or CIMB Online. Payments by Credit Card can be also made online either through Maybank2u.com or via walk-in to our Customer Care Centre.

Cheque Drop Box

  • Level 4, Block B, Suasana Sentral Condominium, Kuala Lumpur Sentral
  • The Lobby, near Management Office, Suasana Sentral Loft Condominium, Kuala Lumpur Sentral.

The Convenience of Payments During Weekend

For the convenience of payments during weekends or public holidays, customers may drop off their cheques at the Cheque Drop Box, Malakoff Utilities Sdn. Bhd., Suite 4-G A, Ground Floor, Block 4, Plaza Sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, 50470 Kuala Lumpur. We will continuously add more payment options.

 

Our Customer Care Counter is open from Monday to Friday:
8.45am - 1.00pm / 2.00pm - 5.15pm

Please be informed that we are closed on weekends and public holiday.
