Dear Valued Customer,
Kindly be informed that you will receive August 2016 Electricity Bill (Tax Invoice) attached together with a Form C. Should there any changes of correspondence & billing address, kindly spare your time to complete the form and return to us in order for us to update your latest information for our record.
This would assist us to serve you better. Customer can opt to submit the completed form by walk-in to our Customer Care at Suite 4-G-A, Ground Floor, Block 4, Plaza Sentral, Jalan Sentral 5, 50470 Kuala Lumpur. Or by fax at 03 2263 3363, or via email at cs-mu@malakoff.com.my

Please let us know by providing contactable mobile number/email address in case of any emergencies/disconnection. Should customer fail to respond, we are within our rights to carry out disconnection due to non-payment of bills.
I have Special Needs Occupants in the house: Yes/No
Should in your premises, you have a life support equipment; Disable or Senior Citizen family members who needs Medical Attention, in case of disconnection exercise, we will prompt you by phone call. Please provide official letter from your doctor as proof.
Self-collection bill (All Customers)
Kindly inform us in via email should you prefer your representative to walk-in to Malakoff Utilities Customer Care to collect your monthly Electricity Bill (Tax Invoice). Our Customer Service Agent will contact you once your Electricity Bill (Tax Invoice) are ready to be collected.
