INFO: IMBALANCE COST PASS-THROUGH (ICPT) FOR 1 JANUARY 2023 UNTIL 30 JUNE 2023

Dear Valued Customers, 

The Government has decided to continue the implementation of Imbalance Cost Pass-Through (“ICPT”) mechanism effective from 1 January 2023 until 30 June 2023 as follows:

(a)   The average Base Tariff remains unchanged at RM 0.3945/kWh.

(b)   Domestics Customers - ICPT rebate of RM 0.02/kWh will be implemented to all Domestic Customers with monthly consumption of 300 kWh and below.

(c)    Non-Domestic Customers – ICPT surcharge of RM 0.037/kWh will be implemented to Low Voltage Commercial – Tariff B

(d)   Non-Domestic Customers – ICPT surcharge of RM 0.20/kWh will be implemented to all Streetlight/Medium & High Voltage Commercial
