UPDATES: IMPLEMENTATION OF E-BILLING SYSTEM (ELECTRICITY BILL)

Kindly note that Malakoff Utilities will be rolling out our E-Billing initiative as follows:

 1)    For the months of July - Sept 2020, you should be receiving your bills via 2 ways, i.e. electronically via email and hardcopy.

 2)    Please do contact us should you not receive your E-bills during July – Sept 2020 via email.

 3)    From October 2020 onwards, you will be receiving your bills electronically via email only. Requests for hardcopy bills will be charged RM 5.00 per printed bill.
