Dear Valued Customers,

In respect of Installation Ceremony of Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Kelantan Sultan Muhammad V as the Yang Dipertuan Agong XV effective 13 December 2016, the Government has declared 24 April 2017 (Monday) as Public Holiday. Please be informed that our office will be closed on the said date.

For the temporary disconnected customers, to reconnect your electricity supply, kindly arrange for the full payment before our office closes on the above date in order for us to arrange reconnection, otherwise we will only reconnect once we are open on the following working day.
